I’ve been setting the table and tinkering in the kitchen ever since I can remember. I grew up braiding bread with my mom every Friday, taste-testing for various holiday meals, cooking my grandma’s Tunisian stews, spilling red wine on fresh white linen tablecloths.. Food, eating it, making it, deciding its accompanying props, and the slight mess of it all has always been a beautiful act to me.

I’ve loved channeling those warm moments and memories into work, whether it be cooking beautiful recipes for the next magazine or newspaper issue, or propping them to life on camera.
